Goods are supplied with manufacturer's warranty if applicable. Refunds will only be processed if goods are returned in good condition and in the original packaging. No refunds available for software whatsoever unless the software package is returned unopened. Shipping and other charges are not refundable. Returned items are subject to a re-stocking fee.Telematrix reserves the right to ask for payment in advance for any item or service.
